The Art of Well Being
The art of well-being is a 1 day course which provides participants with skills to enhance their creativity and at the same time develop greater awareness of their own bodies.
By combining a wide range of games and exercises drawn from visual art, drama, movement improvisation and bodywork we create an imaginative and playful environment where people develop their creative potential.
The course provides participants with simple techniques to integrate creativity into their daily lives and better understand the relationship between creativity and well-being.
